Vintage Northern Reflections Button Front Knit Cardigan

Beautiful Northern Reflections button front open cardigan. It does have a flaw as pictured - appears to be paint stain on the right shoulder- I did try to launder it however it did not come out in a regular cycle. It feels like paint. There is also a yarn pull as pictured.
