Adorable Vintage Off-Shoulder Dress! Thick material, that has a bit of weight to the dress. The elastic band in the dress is still strong and does not fall open if you bend over. Because the elastic is still strong and not stretched out you can adjust to make it sit on the shoulders if you prefer. Dress sits at mid thigh. A bit of a looser fit at Size 6, and tighter at Size 8. The dress has been washed.
