Vintage One-Shoulder Bronze Dress with Rushing Made in Canada

Elegant one-shoulder dress from the 70s/80s. Disco vibes? The brand is Porto-Modes. Made in Canada. Features a bronze/black colour and side zipper with a clasp. The dress is in good vintage condition. There are some snags in the fabric and threads loose. But it doesn’t really get noticed because of the rushing. Please see photos. It says size 13 on the tag, but I don’t think that this reflects modern day sizing. I think it is more of a small/medium fit. Please see measurements below.
