Vintage Op-Art Early 90s Flare Dress

Stunning op-art pattern with a flattering profile whether belted or not. Lightweight and drapey polyester (no tag but I’m pretty sure) is easy care. Deep V with collar. Long, trumpet sleeve with slits at bottom. Fabric is cut on bias so the drape is beautiful. The dress didn’t originally come with a belt as there are no belt loops but included is the vegan leather wrap belt shown in the pics. One size it fits most sizes up to a Large. No size tag either but the dress fits like an 8-10 Listing as a medium. Pit to pit 19” Like new condition. No issues. Black/red/tan
