Vintage Ottawa Sterling Silver Parliament & Miner Souvenir Spoon

This is a very old sterling silver coffee spoon that depicts a miner holding an axe and a large nugget. On the bowl are the words Government Building and Ottawa. It shows the Center block, the Library, and the East block. The Ottawa River flows across the bottom of the spoon and there are two old building and some logs. There are 2 silver marks.
