Vintage oval platter from Syracuse China in the "Olympia" red and gray pattern. It is also referred to as restaurant ware or hotelware. The pattern features a red and gray stripe on a white ceramic platter with a scalloped edge. Syracuse China, originally the Onondaga Pottery Company, was founded in 1871 and was known for producing fine china for hotels and restaurants. Measurements in the pictures.
