Vintage oval platter from Syracuse China in the "Strawberry Hill" pattern. It is also referred to as restaurant ware or hotelware. The pattern features a pink or cranberry-colored floral and laurel design on a white ceramic platter with a scalloped edge. Syracuse China, originally the Onondaga Pottery Company, was founded in 1871 and was known for producing fine china for hotels and restaurants. The Strawberry Hill pattern was produced in various years, including 1927 and 1986. Measurements in the pictures. Excellent vintage condition. See pictures.
