Vintage late 90s, early 2000s Patrizia Pepe wool trousers. Low rise, with a short zip and hook & eye closure. Front pockets with brass zippers to close. Slightly tapered legs for a snug fit. Made in Italy, 100% wool, unlined. Size 42, fits small in my opinion, please see the measurements for best fit. Vintage, very good condition.
