90s vintage flowy black and white floral long length skirt by Ports International. Cool feeling. Very good condition and quality. Photos show the skirt in actual condition. Comes with 2 hidden slit side pockets. Made in Hong Kong. Skirt length - approx 35.5” Across waist - 15” (30” circumference) The skirt is tagged as size 14, but fits more like US women’s size 8-10 today. I recommend to go by the actual waist measurement.
