Vintage PSC Cropped Heart Embroidered Zipper Front Top

This little zippered jacket top is so cute! Lightweight and embroidered with hearts all over with a plaid style background. Is slightly cropped and has a collar. Vintage piece but super trendy for right now! Has a couple white (maybe bleach?) spots on one shoulder but they sort of just blend in, I wasn’t even sure at first if they were flaws. That is shown in last photo 🙂
