Vintage Palazzo Handmade Gabardine Pants Womans Wide Leg Brown Colors Small? These pants are so funky, I love them! It measures 15" across the front at the waist, they have a high rise of 13 3/4", the hip area is 21 1/2" and the inseam is 30". They have a nice stretch to them and each bottom hem is 26 1/2" wide. There are loops to put a small belt into. You won't see pants like this in any store or on anyone else. Gently pre-owned in very good vintage condition.
