Vintage Palazzo Pants w/ An Open Skirt Overlay- XS

Stunning open style palazzo pants with an open skirt overlay Early 1970s No label, but based on measurements, an XS Groovy green, blue and white flower pattern Waist: Approx. 25" Length: Approx. 42" Material: Polyester The inner waist is elastic, the skirt layer ties with a sash. To note: The only things to note are some dye (?) marks down the left pant leg and a couple of other marks (see last few pics). Not really too noticeable once it's on and flowing away! Also, the elastic in the waist is a little stiff due to its age.
