Vintage Palmetto denim mini skirt size 5 (25 inch waist) made in the USA 🇺🇸

Palmetto leaf print denim mini skirt in good vintage condition! With a classic blue demin exterior made of sturdy 100% cotton, and featuring super cute multicoloured leaf print details. Also featuring traditional 5 pocket styling, a Scovill zippered front closure with button, and a high-waist fit. Made in the USA! This is labeled as a size 5 but it is slightly smaller than that by modern standards, with a 25" waist, 20 inch length, and is 38 inches in circumference at the base. (Listing as a size 4 because Poshmark doesn't have a size 5 option). The skirt shows no branding but through a few searches I'm very confident that this was manufactured by Palmetto. The style tag is an exact match to their respective tags and this print is found on some of their other pieces. As for the date of manufacture, I don't have much to go on besides this particular model of Scovill zipper. This model was used primarily in the 70's and early 80's but dates back to the 60's, so it's certainly no later than the early 80's. The skirt shows some wear including light fading, minor wear around the bottom right portion of the hem, and, most notably, some loose stitching on the inner side of the coin pocket. Otherwise it looks pretty good for a vintage piece and is perfect for the late summer and early fall! As always you're more than welcome to ask me any questions or make me an offer.
