Vintage Pantel Montreal Dress Size 9

Vintage Pantel Montreal bubble style dress in beautiful shade of blue with fabric tie belt. Vintage or junior size 9 measures about 12 inches pit to pit but has shirring through the back so stretches quite a bit. Underarm down to hem is about 32 inches. Band across bottom is about 16 inches side to side. Bust is shapable with light wiring on seam line. Very good, clean condition. BN#R
