This unique vintage Paragon teacup and saucer was made as a souvenir from the British Empire & Commonwealth games held in Vancouver in 1954. The interior of the cup is a pale "robin's egg blue" with
a gold floral pattern surrounding the crest of the Commonwealth games on cobalt blue in the center of both the cup and saucer. There is gold edging on the rim of the saucer, cup handle, and edge of the foot. Double warrant stamp in gold on both cup and saucer. Interesting addition to a teacup collection.
Measurements: Cup measures 2" tall x 3 3/4" across opening. Saucer diameter is 5 3/8".
Condition: Very good vintage condition with no flaws or damage.
