Vintage Party Time Dress Small Basque Waist Ruffled Tiered Cinderella Ball Gown

Has some minor flaws of small scuff/snag marks/ a dark mark on the front of skirt and snag in the lace on the shoulder and has no size or fabric tag. In good condition with no major flaw or rips/holes/tears.
