Vintage luxurious black velvet mini skirt designed by Pat Kline and Mary Lu Tom for Finishing Touches Toronto. Excellent preloved condition no stains or tears and the acetate velvet is not balding, it is thick and heavenly soft. Fully lined. Side YKK zipper and button closure. US Size 10 but see flat lay measurements as vintage garments size smaller than modern day.
