Vintage Patagonia Retro Pile Jacket, in cream with navy trim, fits women's S or XS. This is a Kids 14 altered to fit women"s S or XS, all the bulk was taken out and fits very well. See pictures of inside. Pockets are closer to the side of the jacket after the alteration, functions well EUC, very little use. No stains, holes or tears.
