Vintage Pelican Cove Flares

Black with royal blue stripe, these flares have a bit of bounce and stretch to them. Very comfortable and forgiving. EUC *Overall great shape, but please see final photo where the waistband stitches have come out a little. Not noticeable when wearing and not unraveling any further. Just needs a couple stitches.
