Vintage Peplum Top

Faux double breasted top, with peplum waist and shoulder padding. Puff sleeves with cuffed hem. Waist/peplum is elasticize, but not much life left. 100% polyester and marked as size 13/14. Would closest to modern large. Please check msmts for best fit.
