Vintage Piggy Bank-Scottish Terrier beside Fire Hydrant

This vintage item is very cute see pictures, there is some chips and under dogs leg is a small hole on Hydrant where I think someone made the hole to get the money out maybe? But there is a hole on bottom that's missing a stopper or cork. This is ceramic and stands 9 inches tall and the cute little dog is 9 inches in length also. Fun vintage item, would be a cute piggy bank for child or collector!!
