Vintage Pink Rhinestone Heart Apple Set - Damaged

Vintage set is in good used condition but does have some flaws. The chain has a slight but of rust on the reverse and a damaged section in the links which prevents it from actuating properly, unsure is this can be fixed. There is also 1 really cloudy pink stone near the top of the apple pendant. Several surface scratches are present and discoloration in the gold toned plating. Earrings are non-pierced, screw backs. Earrings are in the same shape as the pendant and have several surface scratches, discoloration, flaking of gold tone plating and rusting due to age and ware. See photos for measurements Questions?
