These Children were immortalized by famous painters of the time and are the worlds most commonly printed masterpieces.
"Pinkie" was painted by Sir Thomas Laurence in 1794 and represents Sarah Barrett Moulton.
"Blue boy" was painted by Thomas Gainsborough around 1770 and is thought to represent Jonathan Buttall.
The two prints are framed in ornate gold plastic. A black and gold painted oval glass front protects and highlights
the prints. The frames are marked "Made in U.S.A." They probably date from the 1960's but not 100% sure
The frames measures apx. 6" by 7 1/4" inches
They are in good conditions with some flaws (please refer to photos)
and hve a small hook on the back to faciliate hanging on the wall. These lovely prints
can also make lovely shelf display.
A great vintage accent for your ecor, this pair of prints are sure to please!
