Does it have a shoulder strap?

@sharonwallman That is the shoulder strap. If measured from the wrapped part above the purse, the strap is 22" long. You might adjust a very little bit the tied leather to make a bit longer or shorter. I tried it and it sits comfortably as I can spread my whole hand wide beneath my armpit before touching the top of the purse/zipperr. Hope that helps.
