Vintage Pinocchio Figure Walt Disney Chicago 4.5 Inch Tall Flaws

This figure is pre-owned and in used condition. I was not able to find a similar figure online so I think the head might have been replaced. It is different than the original that I have seen. There are chips on the base. The figure is very worn and stained. Please see all photos for exact item.  It is approximately 4 1/2" tall.
