100% pure new wool Made in Scotland Gorgeous pleated skirt Fully lined Vintage size 5 Measurements: Waist laying flat: about 12" Length: about 26.5 The outside is in great condition, no rips, holes or stains. Inside on the waistband the stitching has come undone a bit. Probably an easy fix if you know how to sew, but it's not visible or major! Such a great piece for the fall!
