Vintage Plaid Champion Jacket

Vintage Plaid Champion Jacket Size: 17 (Men’s medium, women’s large-XL depending on how you wear it. Please see measurement pics) Colour: Red/black plaid Fabric: 100% Cotton Blast from the past!!! This plaid shacket was an absolute wardrobe staple in the early-mid 80’s. 😎 We usually bought them big knowing they’d shrink and we’d probably be wearing a hoodie underneath. If you look at the last pic, from my 1983-84 yearbook you’ll see that 3 people are wearing them! And yes, I’m in that pic (not wearing my plaid jacket that day tho). 😘 When I find one, I buy it. I can’t help it! It’s such an iconic part of my younger years, and it brings me a smile anytime I find one. This item is a boxy fit and I believe the original fit was in men’s shirt sizing. Back in the day, a lot of cotton garments were not pre-shrunk. So I cannot guarantee that someone hasn’t shrunk it over the past 35-40 yrs. Anyway, this one is in excellent condition considering it’s age. I hope it takes you back. #GenXer
