Vintage Plaid Pleated Wrap Skirt Navy Size XS

Authentic vintage plaid pleated skirt. Full wrap style with two buckles to secure the skirts at your waist. Navy with grey and deep red plaid. Tag says size ten, but it is quite petite when wrapped. Measures 34” long, fully unwrapped. 19” in length, waist to hem Would fit a 24” waist when wrapped, with an inch or so either way to spare, depending on g on how tight you have the buckles.
