Vintage Plaid Skirt

Lovely EUC vintage pleated “casual connections” kilt skirt made from 15% wool, 85% synthetic’s. Has a nice softy felt feel! Beautiful striped colours of royal blue, Kelly green and some thin red/black. Patent black and silver buckle is fully functional and more buttons on the inside as the skirt wraps around. Full circle fullness and sits more flat on the front with pleats on the back. Measured flat here: Waist 26” Length 18”
