Super Cute Vintage Collegiate style kilt skirt. This is a true wrap skirt. It comes with the kilt pin. The size tag is 10 but it fits a little smaller as this is vintage sizing. Please note the measurements taken laying flat as follows: waist 14 inches length 18 inches Fabric is 65% polyester and 35 % viscose. This skirt is in excellent vintage condition.
