Vintage, Plaid, wool, mini, wrap skirt!

80% wool, 20% rayon. The skirt I believe is from the 90s. Great condition! The only flaw is the lining hem is hand sewn to hid it. Label says size 8 but best fits a 26” waist and there is an elastic in the waist for a bit of stretch as well.
