Vintage Plain stirrup pants NWT 1990's size 8

How fun are these vintage stirrup pants in a green and purple plaid. The fabric is 95% cotton and 5% Lycra. The size tag is 8 vintage so more like a 4 to 6. These will fit fairly small.
