Vintage Plastic/Acrylic Clothespin Pen Note Holder

Vintage desk accessory, a large plastic/ acrylic not lucite , clothespin that you can actually press to open ( see spring) to clip papers, has a plastic pen holder too. Looks very 70’s ! In great preowned condition has to little marks on end of clips see pic , looks ,more like a manufacture defect. But they are very small nics, hardly noticeable, see last pic!
