🥰 Vintage Pleated Dress

Posting this for my stylish mama because this was hers. She bought it at a consignment boutique in Vancouver 3 years ago. It’s beautiful and has so many cool details. I love the structure on the shoulders, the pleated skirt and the blouse-like design on the top. This does come with a matching fabric belt and belt loops. She never wore it with the belt.
