Vintage Polka Dot Blouse from Japan

Round neck and pearly buttoned blouse. Black with little white polka dots. Cute tucked into high waisted pants, nice and blousy worn loose! Synthetic material. Good condition, but there are a few stripes in the fabric where a strand has pulled. There aren’t any “pulls” to snag on, but you can see in the close up photo of the back shoulder and the wrist. These aren’t noticeable at a glance. Otherwise excellent! Extra button sewn into the lining.
