Vintage Pontiac Dog Dish Hubcap Early 1950s

A 1950s Pontiac hubcap in a style known as "dog dish." I believe that it is from between 1949 and 1953 and was for models 25 and 27. It has the Pontiac logo in the center. There is some wear -it looks like the original owner drove too close to something and scraped against it. The cap is 9 1/2" wide and about 2" deep. The inside opening is 7 1/4" in width.
