Vintage Poole Pottery Children's Dishes, Animals, Robert Jefferson Panda, Zebra

This whimsical children's dish set is made in England by Poole Pottery. The menagerie of animals are rendered in beige glaze and were designed by Robert Jefferson. The set includes a plate, bowl, and handled mug. The plate features a panda bear munching on bamboo, the mug has an appaloosa horse on one side, and a zebra on the other. The bowl has a gazelle, seal, polar bear, and camel around the rim. All dishes are marked Poole on the bottom. Measurements: Plate: 7" diameter Mug: 3 1/4" tall x 2 3/8" across opening Bowl: 6 1/4" diameter Condition: Very good with no flaws or damage.
