darlene4321 @angelinashook no...if you are familiar with the Ports International brand they weren’t about elastic but quality made design details... it’s a small waist band approx 14 inches across (I attached another photo) and then it kind of expands to a lovely flowy skirt. It was one of my favourite skirts to wear.
