Vintage Ports Int'l Black Dress

Elegant, loose fitting midi dress has a V-neckline with pointy collar and neckband button closure, shoulder/back yoke with gathers, cord tie belt and long slightly puffed sleeves with button cuff. Dress falls beautifully from the shoulders; wear it unbelted for a loose flowy look or belted for a more fitted silhouette. Very 1970's Preowned condition in excellent shape with no visible flaws.
