Vintage Ports Int'l Pleated Velvet Trousers

Tag says size 12 - finish smaller, likely US8-10. Finished garment measurements: in-seam length ~29.5", waist ~30.5", rise 12.5" Black, 100% cotton velvet, dry clean only. Pleated around the waist/hips, and has pockets! Has button + hook closures, in good condition. Has not been dry cleaned but in clean condition. Garment is in good condition with slight wear (creasing) around the crotch. Selling because it is too small for me around the waist/hips, also selling same pant in navy blue.
