Vintage Precis Petite NWOT - 2 piece set: top and midi skirt.

I am selling this vintage Precis Petite ensemble for my mom. beautiful velvet polka dot design. Size 8P, but it fits small as it barely fits me, which is why I cannot keep. measurements are in the photos. Mom bought it for a wedding years ago and never wore. no original tag, just the plastic piece attached.
