This is a vintage Premier Designs triple-strand beaded necklace and (TWO pairs of ) earrings set featuring black faceted beads, silver-tone accents, and blue spherical beads.  This is a monster truck of a statement piece. This is... demure. LOL This piece is part of a collection of vintage jewelry which has been in storage since the '90s. All functions are functional unless otherwise noted.
