Vintage Princess Charlotte sweater vest

I can’t believe I’m old enough to own something “vintage” but here we are!! I bought this early 2000’s when I was backpacking in Australia. It’s in great condition with a few strands missing - mostly close the the front buttons which you can see in photos. Great option for a Taylor Swift concert - if ever you are lucky enough to go! It’s an Australian size 1 which I don’t know what it equates too but I’ll post measurements.
