NWT. It does have initials written on Name tag. 100% polyester Fox for 100% acrylic. PTP 28 length 45 sleeve 24. the skirt has a 7 in zipper at the back, also has a 4-in elastic on each side for comfort. waistband 21 in and length 35 in. There is a 12.5-in slit in the middle at the back.
