Vintage Purple Victorian-Style Brooch

This vintage brooch is made of a gold tone metal in a Victorian style and has a modern c pin closure, though I'm not sure it's original. To start, I've seen very, very similar brooches listed as being made in West Germany, but those stamps were on the (original) pin closure, and I haven't seen anything on this piece to indicate it's the same. After testing, I can tell you that the center stone is glass, as are the similarly toned rhinestones towards the top and bottom. The lighter purple stones are either glass or crystal (and VERY sparkly), and the 4 small "pearls" are faux pearls. The metalwork in this brooch is intricate and in good condition with the exception of one area. The very top has a little piece that has been bent forward. I've left it as-is for now.
