styleromp @kmle32 Hi, it is 25.5" put to pit, 27" long, and the hip is 16.5" when measured flat. The hip does have a full elastic, so it will stretch out comfortably. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

styleromp @kmle32 No problem at all. It is great for fall/early winter weather. With a good sweater and some milder days, it can probably work for most winter days too lately.
