Vintage Randall milk glass Feather pattern bowl/candy dish/planter/candle holder

You decide how you will utilize this beautiful piece of milk glass. Produced by the Randall glass company prior to 1960. This was made in a two piece mold and has the "ring of fire" around the rim when held up to natural light. When in regular light, has an opalescence to the rim. Measures 4.25" tall and approximately 5" across at widest part. No visible cracks. There are some minor flea bites on the inner rim. Pictures showing condition are considered part of the description.
