Vintage Red Bedazzled Tunic/mini dress - bespoke custom piece

This vibrant red tunic features a mandarin collar and 3/4 sleeves. The sequin and bead details are incredible. The front of the garment is embellished with a mythical Phoenix while the sleeve is a dragon. This is truly a statement piece. At 31 inches total length this could be worn as a short mini dress or pair with trousers or leggings for a tunic style. This vintage piece comes from a shop called Bastion Boutique in Victoria British Columbia where there is a vibrant China-town area. The boutique no longer exists. This is likely a one of a kind piece. The size is quite small (no tagging) so please not the lay flat measurements carefully as follows: pit to pit 17 in sleeve is 14 in shoulder to shoulder 14 in total length 31 in. There is a small mark on the bottom front right of the dress near the hem shown in the last photo where the pen is pointing. There is no fabric composition tag but I believe this is a satin.
