Vintage Enamel on Copper Plate  Features a Northern (Red) Cardinal on a Branch White Background with a Light Dusting of Pinky-Red Along Rim Signed 'TPS' Most Probably Made in Quebec, Canada Though Unconfirmed Measures Approx. 6 3/4" in Diameter Decorative Plate Only, Not Meant for Food Piece is Vintage and Used. Has Chips Along Edges Exposing Copper, May Have Light Surface Scratches, Back has Seveal Dents and Chips. Warping to Plate Shape.
