Beautiful little girl's cotton summer dress with tiny raised polka dots on a bright red fabric. Cute cap sleeves. Lightweight, with a full skirt. Lace baby doll waist with black velvet detail. Size tag has been cut off. Vintage item, likely from the 1960s. Suitable for a child maybe 4-5 years old?
